Pest Assurance is designed to empower your residents to promptly report visible pests to enhance their experience and maximize resident retention while providing you with relief and predictability when treatment of pests covered by the program requires treatment. Gone are the days of exorbitant pest control expenses that affect your bottom line and potentially compromise the physical condition of your property, if unreported.

Your residents can, instead, confidently and promptly request service which ultimately protects your investment. It’s a win-win!

Pests Included in the Pest Assurance program: *Ants, Bed Bugs, Cockroaches, Fleas, *Mice, Mites, Ticks, Weevils, Spiders. *Ants — Inside Only, *Mice baiting and trapping only.

*Pest Share reserves the right to limit total services requested by a covered property to (4) service requests within a 12-month period. Each service comes with a 30-day warranty, from the day of completed services.
